This deserves its own post as it shows off what true weather could be like when The Sims 3 team decides to implement it in full force in a future expansion pack. Alexurt recorded the following lightning storm over the Criminal Warehouse when she had to respond to an emergency. Can you imagine if this storm cloud were to cover whole worlds and to pour down raining with lightning striking various places? Very eager to see what we’ll get one day, don’t disappoint, Sims team!

Too bad it’s just event based. The similar thing happens when you do a “paranormal investigation” in the Ghost Hunting business. With a purple cloud appearing over the building.

I had to deal with a thunderrstorm over the hospital in the Firefighter career.
One of the X-rays broke and was causing too much electricity to pour out of the building. It caused the building to get hit by lightning.
I’m not shocked. Weather was bound to make its reappearance in Sims 3. EA knows it is one of the most requested themes, along with Pets. They can make us wait however long they desire, lol. 😉 But this is very cool and I am excited about it. 🙂
They should let us drive cars around town. And towns are also very small in sims 3. There should be hangouts with friends like playing pool, billiards, darts, bowling and many more.. Its kinda boring playing sims games after an hour or two. I really wanna enjoy playing this. EA should create some good hair styles and clothes too for sims. It would be good if there is an option for renting house to other sims.
I really REALLY want a Sims3 Making magic! that was my favourite on the sims (1) but it never came out on sims 2, it was all my friends fave too. There’s a mod but I can’t download them and I’ve seen it’s not tops anyway. C’mon EA! Please give us sims3 makin magic!! x
