EA’S communication head Jeff Brown responded to Mitch Lasky’s comments regarding how EA keeps going more and more into debt without earning profits…They don’t take too kindly to being slammed, as Brown quickly puts Mitch into his place stating:
“Mitch needs to try de-caf,” mocks Brown. “It’s never easy being turned down for a job, but most people don’t spend three years obsessing about it. Since Mitch left EA, Apple invented the iPhone, Facebook evolved to include a gaming platform and EAMobile became the world leader.”
Ouch…But I suppose if you are willing to drop comments – you need to learn to accept them. My only thought is how this will play out in the end…

Brown is totally missing the point. Lasky’s criticism was directed at EA Games division, not EAMobile, etc. This a pointless, ad hominen attack that doesn’t address a single point that Lasky made. It reinforces again my impression that EA promotes its least competent staff. No *good* businessman or business communicator would be so childish and bitchy and Brown sounds above.
