Rumor *proven false* – MySims Fast Food

BeyondSims BeyondSims Author

*UPDATE* This has been proven false, I have fell victim to ExtraSims Holy Innocents Day prank:

MySims Fast Food isn’t true! It was a prank of the Holy Innocents’ Day!

Wikipedia says: In Spain and Hispanic America, December 28 is a day for pranks, equivalent to April Fool’s Day in many countries. Pranks are known as inocentadas and their victims are called inocentes, or alternatively, the pranksters are the “inocentes” and the victims should not be angry at them, since they could not have committed any sin.

Can’t say I enjoy reporting rumors…For some reason I think the following is full of bologna, but time will soon tell the truth.  ExtraSims sniffed out the following bit of information about a new MySims game in the work under the title ‘MySims Fast Food‘.  As of now, it’s believed to be set to land sometime in February 2010 for the Nintendo Wii and DS.  This alone drives me bananas because if that was the case we would have already known about it.  That is, it could always be for the WiiWare and DSiWare channel…Which I suppose would be more believable.

Anyways, here’s what ExtraSims has to say about the game (along with a mock-up logo):

  • Create your MySim and helps the manager to refloat the fast food business in the city.
  • Hire employees, fire them and win star restaurant.
  • Combines different explosive ingredients to create burgers that will attract thousands of customers.
  • Hunde trap competition and blocking the door, attract rats, and many other fast food follies of MySims.

Will this come true or have we both fell victim to a prank?  Hopefully I won’t be caught in a pickle by reporting this.
