Apparently they are available only for those who have yet to buy points. So they are not “free” per se. That sucks. But I am not buying points just for these items. I’ll wait.

I bought points, and they install for me :/
I’ve never purchased any points and they do not install for me. It’s confusing. Damn, I really wanted those black female boots. 🙁 Did you just buy points? Because I wonder if it is for those who buy points after these items were released but who have never bought points before.
I don’t think so. What seems to be the problem? Error code? Try a different browser? Popup blocker disabled? I don’t think there are any restrictions on them other than having a copy of TS3
When I go to the page via your link, it says the item is not available. In fact, I don’t even see them anymore at The Store except for in the section of my purchased made (which are all the free items I downloaded). So I try downloading again and they appear to download in the launcher but no picture is available and the buttons “install” and “show file” don’t do anything when pressed. I don’t get why they won’t work for me. 🙁
