SimGuru comments on The Sims 3 Patch 1.5/1.6 issues

Extremely Annoyed about the fact that The Sims Team put out such a buggy patch without testing it.  We’re not suppose to be the beta testers – that’s why you have a QA team.  Of course, the CEO had to lay a huge number of them off, probably because he’d know we’d do it for free.  Sigh…

If you are experiencing the most common error – Error 16: Cannot Save – then you’ll have to use the ‘Save As’ work-around until they can fix the problem.  As for the many other issues?  We’re just going to have to wait.  I’m expecting a fix to come out pretty dang soon…you don’t want to have to deal with the wraith of a pissed off Simmer.
