Quests appear in the way of an exclamation mark over the locals heads, just walk up and have a chat and they will tell you of their woes and then it’s up to you to help them out and solve the case. The cases are able to be solved in numerous ways, an example of this is when a hairdresser gets a mysterious love note, with three possible people involved you start by interviewing the suspects and examining their abodes, the story then splits allowing you to either climb over roofs to find a tool box or break into safes to find out who sent the package. All the equipment necessary is easily to hand and very simple to use. A magnifying glass will help you follow leads on the floor, a crowbar can be used to break open items and there is also a wrench to repair items. You will even obtain upgrades later in the game, allowing you to send samples via a mobile phone and grab and move blocks around with a grabber to reach higher platforms.
