SimProgram’s SimPoints Card Giveaway – Sim’s Halloween Costume Contest!

Congratulations to the winners!  It was a very easy decision to make – because there were only 4 creators who submitted their work!  So yeah, another contest idea of mine that failed miserably, but I’ll learn.  It’s cool though, still have a batch to give away for Christmas (I’ll make a note and just do a random drawing for those).

The Sims 3 Store keeps growing and growing with new content every month. Some of you may be in a position in which you cannot obtain points or afford the costs, so I’d like to lend you a helping hand. I’m kicking off a new contest based on Halloween costumes! No, you’re not required to make an actual plumbob for trick-or-treating (although more power to you if you do, cause that would be awesome).  Instead, the idea is to create the best costume you can for your Sims in CAS.  Using what you have in the game (either default parts or custom content) dress up your Sim and show off their Halloween Spirit!

The rules are easy to follow:

1. Contest is open to all locations
2. It must be a Sim created in CAS but custom content IS allowed – so clothing, makeup, mods from fansites can be used
3. Sim has to be uploaded to the official exchange and then you post a link in the comments of this post
   
4. You may create as many Sims as you’d like
5. The Sim must be your original work, cannot be made by someone else.

All entries must be accepted by Friday, October 30, 2009 so I can look over them and pick the lucky winners on Halloween!  There will be 5 winners selected and each one will receive their own SimPoints Card worth $10 (1000 points, but don’t forget tax is taken out when you enter the code at the Store)!  Winners will be announced on Halloween (Saturday, October 31, 2009) and please use a valid and reachable email address so I can send you the code.
