Before you go out thinking that MySims Agents is all about talking to people and nonstop reading, let me stop you right there. Sure, there’s a lot of text in the game (it’s a detective game after all!) but it doesn’t get monotonous. The interviewing aspect is broken up by searching for clues, interfacing with your Agents, and the minigames. The minigames are, in fact, ways to gather more evidence, such as hacking into a computer or analyzing evidence. In one specific minigame, I had to use parts that I had previously salvaged from other machines to power up a satellite dish. I had x amount of wires and gears, and had to place them all in the correct position to get the dish working at full capacity. The minigames aren’t frustratingly difficult, but they do offer a challenge.
