I love Steam – many do. However, I still prefer owning hardcopies of my games. Content does arrive on Steam fast enough from 3rd parties. A perfect example of this situation is that Maxis has finally released Spore Patch 5.1 on Valve’s digital download service. So if you are using Steam, expect an update the next time you try to run Spore!
