6/21/09 – Poll results & new poll

Hey, hey – it’s Sunday and you know what that means!  The results are in from last week’s poll question and a new poll!  The question from last week ‘Have plans to go out this week and pick up MySims Racing?‘ did not appear to stand well with many of you 🙁

• Will wait for price drop (11%, 15 Votes)
• Yep – Wii version (7%, 9 Votes)
• Yep – DS version (2%, 3 Votes)

A total of 137 votes were collected.  Very depressing that only a total of 12 readers (well 27 actually once a price drop occurs) have interest in this game.  I’ve been trying to stir up hype for the game in hopes to spread the word around, but I don’t think I did a good enough job.  🙁  Hopefully it’s just the price – maybe a lot more people will pick it up once it drops to $20….I have a pretty big gaming collection of $20 games – it’s the perfect price in my opinion (although considering that it takes a lot of time and resources to develop a videogame, I can understand they are priced the way they are).

As you see with the new temporary design, Spore Galactic Adventures is hitting stores this week.  Are you planning on picking up a copy?  This is Spore’s first true expansion in which will add a lot more depth to the game.  I’d see no reason not to consider getting it if you own Spore!
