Electronic Arts and Maxis are looking for a Lead Designer to work on a future product based on a fast-paced multiplayer action game focusing on heavy customizability. I can only think this may be for an upcoming Spore spinoff (wish I could say for an upcoming expansion). I’d love to say this is for a new I.P. altogether, but at this stage they may be prototyping and sharing ideas.
