Oh Sony DADC…You just don’t get it, do you? Are your offices full of monkeys? Probably not…that would be pretty insulting to the little guys… How do you sleep at night when you’re part of one of the biggest screwups in PC gaming history is beyond me…
If you’re wondering why I’m griping, it’s because of the following article posted on GamePolitics discussing that SecuROM is joining forces with the PC Gaming Alliance (PCGA). The PCGA is responsible for promoting the PC as a gaming platform, much like there is a fanbase for Nintendo, Sony, or Microsoft.
Now it’s possible that Sony DADC could be turning over a new leaf and by joining the alliance to gather the industry’s view on SecuROM…but honestly I think they’re trying to use this as a way to promote their crap even further. Things apparently didn’t change with the latest release of Riddick: Assault On Dark Athena and it’s 3 installation limit…
