NPD PC Chart for the week ending on November 1, 2008

The NPD PC results are in for the week of October 26 thru November 1, and a new champion has been crowned for the #1 position – Fallout 3.  It’s other 2 collectors editions also make the list, resulting in Spore to be bumped to 4th place:
