What is the point of SecuROM besides causing issues for legitimate buyers? I thought it is suppose to prevent the game from being copied and re-distributed. This isn’t the case though. Many torrent sites now have The Sims 2 Ikea Home Stuff available to download – and you know what? It was available on the same day of the game’s release! How pitiful is that?
I don’t know how hackers/pirates operate, but it seems that the harder the publisher tries to enforce DRM on the users, the faster they will try to hack it. Surprisingly, at this time I don’t think Spore’s Creator Creator Full version has a 100% working copy…but I’m sure they are working on it and it’ll be cracked soon… :/
That’s really sticking it to them pirates EA. *rolls eyes*
Anyone usually create the best helpful content. And you always manage to take bad/boring things and switch them straight into exciting/interesting elements. Im a new target audience for life!
