Custom headers are back!

Finally, I thought I would never get these things working…  I spent a majority of the evening coding up some new templates and learnt a few new things with php.  End results, custom headers are back for the site’s important sections! 

Now if I can just figure out how to get an edit option going for comments, we’d be set! LOL
