SimLeaderNinja has posted a message in the forums over at the official SimCity Societies website that a new EA mod is in the work. The Haunted Town Mod should be coming in the next couple of weeks. I’ll be awaiting this mod myself!

We’ve been hard at work on a new EA Sponsored Mod, and I’d like to give you guys a little sneak peak as to whats coming in the next couple of weeks. This isn’t an update, although that is coming soon as well, its very similar to the Holiday Mod that was released before Christmas. It will contain several new types of buildings which add new challenges and bonuses to your strategic mode game play.
