After saving some money, I managed to of finally been able to afford a 2nd Generation Charger (68, 69 and 70 models). When a 68 Charger became available locally in our area, it was my time to snatch one! It needs a ton of work to get it road worthy – I mean a ton!

What did I get myself into?!?

My plans is to convert it over to a 69, which involves changing the grille, sidemarker holes, and tailpanel area. I plan to put in a 440 Big Block and have a saddle tan interior. It’s not going to be like all of the Lee’s you see, this one is going to be a little bit more customized. I hope to include a GPS system in the dash area with a TV/DVD player for car shows, customized flags on the deck, and a few mods to do some quick and easy burnouts!

More pictures ahead after the jump!

I’ve got a lot of work to do…

Either I’m real happy or extremely constipated. You be the judge…

Got to replace the tailpanel, trunk floors and a lot more!

Where’s the engine? Looks like I get to make VROOM VROOM noises!

At least my floors are good
