With the new Sims 4 website now live, Rachel Franklin, VP and Executive Producer, has wrote a welcome letter on the official Sims 4 blog.
Hello! I’m Rachel Franklin, VP and Executive Producer for The Sims 4, and I’m happy to be the first to welcome you to the new home of The Sims, a place for you to discover the latest and greatest information for everything going on in the world of The Sims.
We are in full swing on development for The Sims 4 and the team is making great progress every day. Over the years we’ve been listening to your desires and wishes (and occasional wild speculation!) and we’re using your enthusiasm to help guide the future of The Sims. Over the coming months, we’ll be using this space to share the latest developments from The Sims Studio.
Our brand new website will feature regular updates about all things The Sims, from all of us here at the studio. We’ll also show off some amazing fan creations, so keep your eyes open for the art, images, stories and videos created by you, our passionate community.
Take a look around, learn about The Sims 4, check out the latest Expansion Pack for The Sims 3, and let us know what you think. Your enthusiasm inspires us to make great things, and your feedback has always been incredibly valued and appreciated. On behalf of The Sims Studio, Thank You.
We hope you enjoy TheSims.com!
In the official Sims 4 letter, Rachel Franklin says that EA has been listening to fans over the years. I really hope that the suggestions that Sim fans have raised in the past will be incorporated in Sims 4. But we can only wait until next year to see whether this will come to pass once the game is launched.
