Many of you are aware I’m a huge Sims fan – I’ve been playing since the SimCity release on Windows CD back in 1994.  Ever since then, I’ve always purchased Maxis/EA Sim titles – all the way up to today!  It has always been my dream to one day work on the team – but when you get older, plans change, and sometimes dreams aren’t often met.  I’ve always wanted to have some sort of connection with the games, and via the looks of The Sims 3 Generations, I believe The Sims Team helped me achieve part of my dream 😀

During the morning hours, Duckeggpie informed me that while scrolling thru the game’s objects during the UK Generation event, she came across an endtable that reminded her of me. Curious, I had to find out what that could be.  At first, I thought it might had to do with the little statue in this picture on the western desk near the wagon statue.  I thought it was a donkey at first and that it might of been a little nod to me.  Turns out it is only a pony according to SimGuruShannon, but she did tweet the following picture of an item shortly after:

How cool is this!?  To get a shoutout in a Sims game which will be sold worldwide…it really did put a huge grin on my face.  I’m deeply touched by this, Sims Team!  THANK YOU, it really does mean a lot to me! 😀 😀 😀
