Our pals over at SimFans were able to spend some hands-on time with The Sims 3 for the Nintendo 3DS. They brought back their impressions (translated by google) as well as sharing a few notes on the game via twitter:
- Hand On The Sims 3 Nintendo 3DS at EA: Short Info: Name of the town “River’s Bend” – 3 Areas: Home, Union Park, Industrial Center
- Union Park: Heart of the town: relax, meet others, shop, play a little music/ Industrial Center: Shops, art, diner, nightclub, entertainment
- 3 nature Karma-Powers: Wind, Zap and Earthquake. 3DS exclusive Features: Face Generator, Sim-Exchange (share Sims with other 3DSs)
- There are nearly 20 Traits, you can make a 3D Photo of yourself or of a friend and create you or your friend as a Sim.
- The controls are really nice! The 3D effect is better than thought before and there are nearly all known Buy-Objects of The Sims 3 (PC /Mac)
- The view is really fluent if you rotate and zoom – the 3D effect is just awesome! The Sims 3 for Nintendo 3DS is just great! BUY!! 😛
