There’s no mystery to this. The Sims 3 Porn Stuff will be available (in the US) by then, so the delay is most likely due to the new game-breaking patch that will be released.
“…they would have told us…” Oh, really? What about Bavarian Bistro that was supposed to be released last September, or the mysterious caldron that was never heard from again? Need I mention the infamous bear rug? Not one word about those, I notice.
The delay does seem like it was entirely unplanned. Otherwise they would have told us earlier instead of waiting until after the update and leaving people confused.
At least this items have special actions with new animations and other stuff… This is somehow worth buying, but they should lower the price, now is way overpriced.

Dude Master Suites isn’t a porn stuff pack it’s a romantic stuff pack but also themed for suites. EA would never release something like that because it would take the rating to M.

After further reflection, I apologize. I have to learn to pick my battles and realize that I can’t fight the world. I am not going to buy Master Suite Stuff, so I should just ignore its existence and its relation to the Sims Series. But I’ve been playing since TS1. It vexes me to no end to see how it has changed.
I never used to be ashamed of playing the Sims. But lately…

As for the sarcasm, I was being sarcastic when I renamed Master Suite Stuff. I was not offended by the word “dude,” nor did I think you were being sarcastic. Again, I was the one being sarcastic. 🙂

It’s very hard to get excited over more micro-DLC.

I think it was delayed not because of the patch but so they could hype it during the showtime producers walkthru which is also next Thursday.
