UK: Top 10 PC Games Chart for March 26th, 2011

The new UK charts are out and here are the top ten.

  1. The Sims Medieval
  2. Crysis 2
  3. Shogun 2: Total War
  4. Football Manager 2011
  5. Rift
  6. Homefront
  7. The Sims 3
  8. Dragon Age II
  9. The Sims 3: Late Night
  10. Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood

Update: The Sims 2 was number 17.

  1. I didn’t think Medival would be that good, I don’t think it will generate a story well, but it must be pretty good.

  2. I wonder just how accurate these charts are? I mean the music charts have always been rife with cheating. For all we know EA could send out bods to but up thousands of copies, just like the record companies did/do…

Also, just what are the figures involved? If they are selling millions of copies it is one thing, but is the Number One position represents 250 sales then it is a bit of a different perspective!

What bemuses me is how come so many old games are still in the top 20, surely by know everyone who wants The Sims 2 has already got it?!

    • I haven’t seen one. If there is, then it may be handled by NPD, and they have just recently announced they don’t want their data to be shared throughout the media (and I’m not exactly sure if they cover PC sales, but I know they cover console sales).
