EA has issued a press release for The Sims 3 Outdoor Living Stuff, which is now in Stores (in the US) today, with other countries releasing the game later in the week into next:

Call the neighbors, strike the grill and start heating the hot tub; it’s a party in your Sims backyard! With The Sims 3 Outdoor Living Stuff pack give your Sims all the items needed for a leisurely day in the sun. New items include hot tubs, a telescope to gaze at the stars, fireplaces and fire pits, a terrarium with a stand and more! Choose from two new outdoor living styles. I bought it, its super glitchy…… when in a hot tub my couple was cuddling and after they exited, one kept their arms wrapped around even those there was nobody there… lol it looked funny.
Awesome! Can’t wait to get this stuff pack that really has no purpose what so ever and really could all be added to the ‘Seasons’ remake EP that we all know will come out soon! Thanks again EA, for another disappointment!
I agree. (And pray a lot for an expantion pack like seasons). Its one of their best ways of getting money, you know, they sell it all in small bits and in the end you have a huge bill just on sims 3. Oh well, it really feels like sims 3 went too commercial and focused on the money only. Very sad
