No sooner than posting the cover of the September 2010 issue of Germany’s Computer Bild Spiele magazine, I stumbled across SimTime’s article with the new information on The Sims Medieval.  As always, it’s translated from German to English by Google, so expect it to not really make much sense and of course, a lot of mistakes in wording:

The profession of your Sims play in The Sims: The Middle Ages a major role, as the appearance and the game play focuses on her and it will not be possible for the Sim, which she herself designed, in between times will change his profession, for in it he remains all his life. The game is different in the Sims but again between “hero-Sims” and “village-Sims,” such as a hangman, a knave or a harlequin, with you, you will deal exclusively with the hero-Sims, of which there are in are ten different game and be the male and female Sims can:

* Doctor
* Bard / Bardin
* Merchants
* Cleric (in)
* Monarch (in)
* Priest (in)
* Ritter (in)
* Smith (in)
* Spy (in)
* Wizard / Sorceress

    Well they do say in the article that the new game is a risk, because they don’t know how the community will accept it. I predict not very well, I mean they lose build mode, life stages, and who knows what else. We’ll have to see what the game might have that will interest people.

    What the hell is this ? It does not look The Sims at all…. They’re just using the name to sell… Where did the original Sims go ? I miss it… They ruined everything since Sims 3 :((
