SimTimes found the German cover to the ‘Sims 3 Create-A-Sim’ demo that will be appearing on store shelves sometime in February.  It’s meant to allow those to create Sims outside of The Sims 3 much like the Spore Creature Creator.  No word about US details, but I’m sure that’ll soon change.
