Those Sims, they are a kinky bunch.  The Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) slapped the Everyone 10+ rating for EA’s upcoming The Sims 3 Create-A-Sim demo, listing their reasons of what some may deem ‘of offense’.

This is a simulation game that allows players to create and customize a character to use in The Sims 3 video game. Players can determine their character’s age, sex, clothing, physical features, and personality traits. While the outfits are not especially provocative, one character (in a cutscene) is depicted in her underwear as she raises an eyebrow to the mirror—the camera dashes past a close-up of her buttocks. Characters can be dressed in teddies, camisoles, underwear as they emote their “Flirty” and “Great Kisser” personality traits: licking the fingertip and getting sizzled (by imaginary stove); blowing a kiss. The game also features the personality trait of “Slob,” which (in clinical terms) triggers the flatulence sound effect, the clenched-buttocks-and-attendant grimace, the wafting hand gesture. Taken together, the comic mischief and the mild suggestive content account for the E-10+ rating.

I suppose they are just doing their job, but they make it sound like your purchasing some hot sim-on-sim action.  Hey kids, put down your videogame and instead watch television…cause surely you know there is nothing bad shown on cable. 😛

Thanks to InfiniteSims for this ‘hot’ tip
